Adding a tool

Building the tool and adding it to the registry is not enough. Several permission and UI tables key off the tool name; if a new tool is missing from one, it is silently blocked in read-only modes or prompts on every single call.

• Write the tool with buildTool — and declare a type on every schema property
• Register it in tools/index.ts
• Add it to READONLY_TOOLS if it only reads
• Add it to PATH_TOOLS or URL_TOOLS so scoped rules match
• Add a display name for permission prompts
• Optional: a frontend icon or custom result rendering
